Insert & Customize Moving Text In Your Blog!

 Hey there jammers! Have you ever visited an AJ blog (or anyother blog) and seen moving text across the top or side? If no, I have some running on Animal Jam Infox if you want to see how it works. Here is a little tutorial on how to add moving text!

1. Open the blog you want to edit.

2. Go to "Layout"

3. Click on "Add Gadget" (If you don't want to have it moving on the side, I'll show you where to put it in a couple of steps :) 

4. Find HTML/Javascript and then click the + button

5. Important! Before you type any text into the box, type this exactly: <marquee>

6. Now, you're good to go! Write as much or as little as you'd like after the code in step 5. Note: If some of the code text get's bigger or expands and adds new numbers or letters, that's completely normal. Just keep writing your text. 

7. Once you've written all of your text, finally just add this exactly after your text :           <marquee>

Your text box should match with mine! -------> 

8. Now click Save! When it says that it's been saved in the bottom left corner, click "View Blog" and watch it go

9. Optional Step: If you don't like your text moving on the side, click and hold it to move it to another section. Now, I won't show you mine because I might be using a different template then you so I don't want to get you confused. But if you want yours running at the top of the screen, I would say to drag it over to where it says either "Cross Column" or if you have Pages at the top of your screen you can group it there!
